To summon police from your cell phone, even while driving you should use *OPP

Crime Stoppers is a community based program that combines the police, media, and members of the public in a co-operative effort to solve crime.
Crime Stoppers encourages people to use the toll-free number, 1-800-265-3787, to report criminal activity. You can remain anonymous and are eligible for up to $2,000 in reward monies. Call this number if you have information, or if you suspect you may have information, that will help the police prevent or solve a crime.
